I don't want to start another war, and yes I have read through the lengthy posts of Ashspec vs JWT. But I have a stock '89 TT Auto trans and was wondering what would be best for me. I am looking eventually to get it up around 350-400bhp and I am only looking for the chip. I work in an electronics factory and can replace the OEM eprom with a socket no problem so there is no need to send in my entire ECU. I am leaning towards JWT since they are the forerunner in this department, but Ash offers a much cheaper solution and seemingly quicker. Any thoughts?
